Spring cleaning

The dust bunnies are the size of werewolves. We should never think that a space that isn't being used much can stay clean. I haven't given the downstairs a good, thorough cleaning since before the Goddess Conference. The only way to avoid being overwhelmed is to take it one section at a time as I've been doing. The bulk of it needs to get done today. Mondays I've got no time in the evening. Tuesday, I can do finishing touches. Wednesday I host my monthly writers' group. Thank the deities I got a new dishwasher after the old one broke a couple of weeks ago. I hate to hand wash dishes.

In other news, the rewrite is progressing. Ghost scenes are being added. It's all good.

Not heroic at all. It's either clean or deal with the embarrassment of having guests see it in a mess.

Yeah- I know what you mean. I have to get the rubber brush after the seats that Pixel nests on. They're totally furry.

My next dining room set is going to have WOODEN chairs with WOODEN seats that I can put cushons on if needed. No more cat-damaged stuff.
