The week's keister is dragging.

The end of a long week of travel and work and running around New York City is over. I've got my glass of wine in hand and await the roast beef po-boy hubby is making me for supper.

voxwoman and I had a great time running around the Natural History Museum. Seeing the whole thing takes more than a day. I'll probably go back next time I'm up there. I got a nice velociraptor for the car, but not from the museum gift shop. Although I didn't get any work done on the plane or in airports, I did manage to write enough to finish chapter 8 and start on snippets of chapter 9. I'm going to see if one of my writer friends wants to do an evening of writing tomorrow to get more done.

Tonight, I'll write a list of stuff to do over the weekend and endeavor to not deviate from its contents. How well that goes is yet to be determined.

Natural history museums are like another world for me. I can spend hours in them on a very slow stroll.

I'll think happy thoughts you won't stray from your appointed tasks this weekend; I know how that sometimes goes.
