Long weekend

nolawitch58What can I accomplish in the next three days? That remains to be seen.
Progress is being made on the work front. I really enjoy marking items done on my open items list. There is a large project looming in my future if I'm lucky and budget is allocated. That will make me super happy.
I'm about halfway through my second novel. Today, I'm going to meet one of my writer friends and hole up in the library to just slam out as much of the remainder as possible without regard to anything except extruding words. Polishing and tweaking will come later. This one needs to get done because the next story is doing the pee dance in my brain. It wants out insistently. There is another story which has more patience and will wait until the time is ripe for it. There are two other stories that have possibilities beyond that. That's not a bad pipeline for a writer.
The bathroom has been costed. We're ready to get the work done starting in October. I'll need to order all the fixtures and materials. First a space needs to be cleared to keep them until they get installed. I don't want to have them delivered until after the last week of September because there's something special that weekend we're having company visiting for. At least it will be the last time anybody else has to see that awful bathroom. Next time anyone visits, it will be lovely and pleasant. Before and after pictures will be taken and posted.
Enough procrastination however productive it may be. Away with me to get things on my list done.

Though most likely my sarcastic sense of humor would come out and it would read more like a Tig Nataro stand up routine.
