I wish I knew HTML a little better so I could edit out all the space in those things. I'll have to check Miko's website with its HTML tutorial. I bookmarked it a while back, but haven't had time to jump into it.

Well, you could remove all those p-tags. It should help a little.

Usually you get big spaces here in LJ because it adds <BR> tags wherever you have a newline. So to have it as it was originally rendered you can either disable auto-formatting when you make your post (In which case you'll have to add <P> tags to your own portion of the text to make paragraphs), or put the HTML within <lj-raw> tags.

I just got advanced :P Oddly enough my offline test done by a professional shows my score much higher... Which I was amused by at the time considering I have problems speaking confuseables and problems writing. *shrug*

I didn't do very well at all. This time I aced it, except for one question.

The question was on further/farther, and I'm of the opinion that it is a bad question. It's an arbitrary rule that has weak support. Time to accept that forcing unwelcome grammatical constructions on people is not going to work.

Right. Got that while reading it through again. After posting, of course. Typical. Gack. And yeah. I have trouble believing that further thing too...
Of course, I missed more than that. 83%. Tja. It's no good to be perfect, I tell myself :-). Believe it, even. But I want to see others being perfect! Urgently! Especially those that write tests, and stuff....:-)

The answer to #36 has a and b reversed.

On the test it was a. naval and b. navel
on the answers it was a. navel and b. naval

The correct answer was b - which was WRONG accd to the test question. Oh well.

I freaked that one out a while back. I aced Beginner. Tripped up on Intermediate. Then somehow came back strong on Expert & Advanced. Go figure.
