Coffee is the blessed elixir.

Waking up with a hot coffee in my favorite cup whilst reading the newspaper which was delivered on time in the comfort of air conditioning is not a mundane deal anymore. Said scenario is now a pleasantry to be savored.

I'm going to finish cleaning the kitchen and check the Weather Channel for updates on the next storm to see what the hell we may be in for in the next few days. I'm also going to get my oil changed, clean out and gas up the car just in case. I should also analyze what all I have room for in case we do evacuate. I'm not leaving without my computer, my box of financial records and my cats. Yeesh. What a freaking pain in the ass.

This is going to be a thrilling three days.
