1. Do you have a real or fake Christmas tree? Fake one still in the attic in its box.

2. Do you put up Christmas lights on the exterior of your home? Not with energy prices being so high. I've considered putting lights on my palm tree because of that TV commercial for Corona with the lighted palm tree. I'm too lazy to fool with it though.

3. What's your favorite Christmas song/carol? "I Am Santa Clause" the "Ironman" parody by someone who sounds like Ozzy.

4. What do you like better - turkey or ham? Turkey.

5. Do you open up any Christmas presents on Christmas Eve? No.

6. Have you ever been Christmas caroling? Back in high school, the French Club caroled the hallways with French carols. Not since, unless you count drunken singing of any type around the holidays as caroling.

7. What was your most memorable Christmas gift(s) that you received? My best memory is the one that I gave.

8. What's your favorite Christmas movie? "Die Hard"

9. Have you ever built a real snowman? Lots of them. Indiana is boring in the winter.

10. Have you ever peeked into a present and found out what it was before Christmas? Yes, I was a sneaky child.

11. What is on the top of your Christmas tree? The flap of the cardboard box it's in.

12. Do you own a Santa hat? Yes, but it's all black like an evil elf should have.

13. When was the last time you had your picture taken with Santa Claus? Never.

14. Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? Done. Everyone except Corpsman is getting gift certificates.

15. Do you put candy canes on your Christmas tree? Sometimes when it's out.

16. Who is hardest person to buy for? Used to be everybody before gift certificates.

17. Who is the easiest person to buy for? Nobody. Getting a decent gift is tough when your friends are all weirdos.

18. How old were you when you realized Santa was imaginary? Six. That year the assholes at the local TV station scared the shit out of me about a UFO coming over the North Pole. Bastards. I hated space aliens and I thought they had fucked with Santa. Mom had to explain why neither was an issue.

19. What does your morning of Christmas routine consist of? Get up, have breakfast and go to the in-laws' house.

20. Egg nog? I'd love some, thank you.

21. What do you want for Christmas this year? A new government and criminal penalties for the current one. I'm willing to wait until next year to get it.
