Friday was a restful birthday. Saturday, Pete came over and we worked on Frankensystems during the day. Last evening, Rebecca had her cookout to thank those of us in her writers' group for helping her win first prize. I ate too much, but the conversation was wonderful. Mary was there so I gave her one of her pieces that I'd had for months. Class today was good. I've got a good batch of students. The Saints won their game making them first in the NFC South division. The Simpsons "Treehouse of Horror" is on in a little while. I've almost got Chapter 6 done and will print copies tomorrow to take to the group.
