Ritual transfer of sacred objects

Does anyone have a good Wiccan ritual or outline of a ritual for the transfer of sacred objects? The only thing I can find online is from a Native American perspective. A limited amount of smudging can be done to some of the objects, but oiling or other moisture application is out of the question in order to preserve them. The sacred objects have are mostly European, and honoring that aspect would be preferable. I'm going to check the local library, but it doesn't have many good (read unbiased against) Wiccan books available.

Um..when I was (briefly) involved in Wicca, it seemed clear to me that everything was a pretty much DIY deal. You start with the basics (prepare the space, call the corners, etc,) then add the elements which achieve what you want, and assemble it.
Exactly what kind of transfer are we talking about, and what kinds of things do you expect the ritual to achieve? Do you want the items blessed at this time? Cleansed? Protected?
